Opening Day games were cancelled due to overnight rain resulting in unplayable conditions at Krieg. We’ll try again on Monday.
Schedule for Monday March 6:
10:30 a.m.: Maroon at Red, Green umpiring
11:30 a.m.: Green at Gold, Maroon umpiring
12:30 p.m.: Blue at Gray, Gold umpiring
Purple has the bye – players from that team will have priority out of the bucket.
True to the masthead motto, it took me about a yoctosecond to make the first major error of Picayune Volume 5, misreporting in Issue 1 who the 2023 managers will be. Here’s the corrected list:
Blue team: Anthony Galindo

Green team: Tim Balke
Gray team: Greg Lloyd
Maroon team: Tom Kelm
Purple team: Gil De Los Santos
Red team: Donald Drummer
